🔐 1. How to Access the TimeSolvPay Billing Portal
Getting to the portal is simple:
- Navigate to TimeSolvPay on the top menu bar
- Click on Settings.
- Select the TimeSolvPay Portal icon on the top right.
This brings you to your secure billing portal where you can view payment history, manage your payment methods, and more.
💳 2. How to Update a Payment Method
Need to switch cards or update billing info? Here’s how:
- Once in the TimeSolvPay Portal, click on the Reports tab.
- Click Payment Methods to view, edit, or print customer payment methods.
➕ 3. How to Add Customers to Your TimeSolvPay Portal
Want to add customers and their payment methods to your TimeSolvPay portal? Here’s how:
- In the TimeSolvPay Portal, go to the Customers tab.
- Click Add Customer and enter their details.
Click on customer name from under this same screen to take payments, create invoices, or edit their details. You can even view payment methods, unpaid invoices, and recent transactions under the customer details!
