At TimeSolv, we are committed to continually enhancing our features to provide you with a seamless and efficient time tracking and billing experience. In this week’s tip, we’re thrilled to showcase the latest enhancements to our Dashboard feature, bringing you more control, consistency, and visual appeal.
Dashboard Permissions Enhanced: Tailored Access for a Personalized Experience
In our latest update, we’ve introduced enhanced dashboard permissions, empowering Firm Admins to fine-tune user access within the Timekeeper>Permissions tab. Now, administrators can meticulously select specific dashboards and set access permissions with precision.
When opting for the “View Only” option, a new level of granularity is unveiled. Individual checkboxes now surface, allowing administrators to control access to Staff, Client, and Financial Dashboards separately. This level of control ensures that users only see the information relevant to their roles, enhancing data security and user experience.
Consistent Aging Intervals: Streamlining Financial Insights
Understanding your financial data is crucial for informed decision-making. To provide a seamless experience across various features, we’ve made the aging intervals on the New Invoices and WIP Aging Report consistent with those on the Financial Dashboard’s WIP chart. This uniformity ensures that your financial insights remain coherent and easily understandable across different sections of TimeSolv.
Improved Dashboards: Polished, Intuitive, and User-Friendly
In our commitment to user satisfaction, we’ve implemented several improvements across different dashboards:
- Financial Dashboard and Charts: Labels have been refined for clarity, ensuring a more intuitive experience while navigating financial data.
- Time Analytics Dashboard: The content inside the Add Chart popup is now scrollable, facilitating effortless customization of your analytics.
- Staff Dashboard: The Billable Hours chart now includes the “h” for hours on the y-axis, providing a more detailed and comprehensive view of billable hours.
- Client Dashboard: The Active Matters without Active chart’s drill-down view has been enhanced for consistency, offering a more seamless exploration of client data.
- Dashboard’s Data Tables: Several improvements have been made for a cleaner look and improved functionality, including repositioning the Inactive/Prospect badge, changing labels to ‘I’ and ‘P,’ and introducing tooltips for better information accessibility.
These enhancements collectively contribute to a more polished and user-friendly dashboard experience, ensuring that you can effortlessly access and interpret your crucial data.
At TimeSolv, we’re dedicated to delivering features that not only meet but exceed your expectations. Stay tuned for more updates.
