Taking control of your practice with TimeSolv is a fantastic start, but for a seamless experience, new users will need to set up a payment method, and existing firms should confirm their details are current. This week’s Tip of the Week walks you through the quick and easy process of updating your payment information in just a few clicks.
Within TimeSolv, navigate to Account > Our Account > Subscription tab. Once on the Subscription screen, if you are an existing firm you’ll see a ‘Manage Subscription’ button. New firms will see a ‘Subscribe’ button.
Hit the appropriate button to see a new page pop up, allowing you to update/add your billing and shipping address for the subscription.
TimeSolv prioritizes your security. On the same page, you’ll find a secure section to enter your preferred payment method. Rest assured, your details are protected! Before finalizing, you’ll be offered a final review screen. This is your chance to double-check your billing information and subscription plan to ensure everything is accurate.
Once you’re happy with the details, click the ‘Subscribe’ button. That’s it! You’ll be redirected back to the TimeSolv application, and your account will be fully active.
